If used outside best to use a residual current device (RCD) or an isolating transformer. Don't allow steam to have contact with electrical plugs or connections. Steam that is emitted may burn. Never point/aim steam at people or pets. Never fill unit with anything other than cold water Turn power off and unplug to fill. Dry any dribbles before switching on. Do not use if submerged in water and declare the incident so the hirer can get unit serviced before the next person uses it. After use, take care when opening the lid (a LOT of steam can come out). Turn power off first and wait 2-3 minutes or release steam first.
